Glass Annealing Lehr

The WANGCHEN Glass Annealing Lehr is an electrically heated annealing furnace designed for controlled cooling and stress relief of glass bottles, jars and other glass products after forming. The system provides controlled temperature management throughout multiple furnace zones to support consistent product quality.

The equipment features a double-layer stainless-steel furnace structure, aluminum silicate fiber insulation, a circulating mesh-belt conveyor with variable-frequency speed control, and forced hot-air circulation. Automatic temperature regulation in each zone helps maintain the required annealing temperature profile.

Energy Efficiency High-performance thermal insulation helps reduce heat loss.
Multi-Zone Control Independent temperature regulation for a controlled annealing profile.
Stable Conveying Variable-frequency mesh-belt speed control and a stable drive system.
PLC Automation Industrial control and centralized operating monitoring.

Mechanical Structure and Advantages

  • Durable Construction: Carefully selected materials and an optimized structural design support long service life.
  • Thermal Insulation: High-grade aluminum silicate fiber insulation helps reduce heat loss and energy consumption.
  • Stable Transmission: Hot-installed roller assemblies and an R-series helical gear reducer support reliable conveyor operation.
  • Automatic Zone Regulation: Independent temperature control helps establish a suitable temperature curve for annealing.
  • Forced Hot-Air Circulation: Circulating fans distribute heat throughout the furnace to support temperature uniformity.
  • Variable-Frequency Drive: Adjustable conveyor speed allows the residence time to be matched to the production process.

Electrical Control System

  • Industrial PLC Control: PLC-based automation provides stable operation and coordinated equipment control.
  • Centralized Monitoring: A supervisory computer supports operating monitoring, parameter adjustment, maintenance and production-quality analysis.
  • Expandable Control Architecture: The system can be configured for coordinated control of multiple lehrs where required.
  • Safety Alarms: Over-temperature, conveyor-belt stoppage and circulation-fan fault alarms improve operational monitoring and protection.
